Simple Javascript Query Parser - Easy Money!

I need a simple JavaScript code that can parse the query string of a url and return the values by name. For example: [login to view URL] =fdgtref The script should parse the url and be able to pre-fill a web form. I should be able to label the input field with the name of the parameter and the script should fill the form based on the name. For example: <input name="name" type="text" value="the script should fill this input field with the name fred" /> This script should work no matter how long or unique the query string is. It needs to parse every parameter value and make it available to be filled into a web form. Please provide an HTML page as a working example. The page should include: • The script • Sample input fields to show how well the script is working. • Please provide detailed notes on how to use the script as well as any other important information I should know.
