Figma-Based Web Page Development

I'm in need of an experienced web page designer proficient in hand coding and Figma. Here's what I am looking for:
- Development of a webpage that is fully compatible with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.
- Integration of a design I already have in Figma into this webpage.
- The code should be clean, uncomplicated, and capable of being embedded in another page.
For this project, proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and extensive knowledge of Figma is required.
Here's specifically what I need to create:
HTML for embedding into another site
Clean HTML for email (code from drag and drop builders is not acceptable- it's too bloated!)
I would like someone who can clean up code that was created from drag and drop code creators.
I need someone for recurring projects. This is a long term relationship!
