Customize Bookly booking plugin

Anyone in for a simple project?
I'm looking for a script writer to customize one field in the (Bookly booking) plugin.
So In step one in the booking plugin there should be 3 question/fields but there are now just 2.
so there should be step 1: toestel(device) step 2:model(type) step 3:service(part you wan't to be repaired)
step 3 is not working now. option in step 3 are in the DB, Like: Display,battery,mic etc
step 3 should be adjustable via bookly to add services.
