Hello! I need someone who knows how to add a custom cursor to a website.

I have not made the website yet so it could be on any platform that will be easy for me to use: top choices would be [login to view URL], [login to view URL], even tumblr! I want the cursor to be a relatively large gif and look pretty big on the page. Please let me know if you can help! I will send you the gif.
