We are looking for a UI coder with hands on experience with Material Design Lite framework, Sass, Block Element Modifier methodology and gitflow workflow to build components for our new project.
**Must Have**
Hands on experience with:
Material Design Lite
Sass
Git + gitflow
GitLab account
Ability to:
Create reusable and modular components based on Block Element Modifier naming convention
Install and use VS Code with plugins, Nodejs as defined in README in repo at [login to view URL]
We have a very specific (still in progress of developing), however quite documented tech stack, guidelines and workflow so please read over the README in repo at [login to view URL] to get clarity on your alignment and capability to fit in with us.
Job itself requires the applicant more than just basic familiarity of MDL, Sass, BEM and gitflow. It it ok to ask questions to clarify undefined or not clearly defined parts/ briefings, it is encouraged to come up with proposals for improve any aspects of project, however it is a job, not an internship where there is space to learn from scratch and go through multiple iterations of code reviews and discussions to get a result aligned with guidelines, make them consistent, fix bugs, typos etc.
