build me a reactjs page

1. header (a separate component)
2. sidebar (a separate component: takes json object convert it to a menu)
3. footer: some text
4. content component: a component that handles viewed page, current picture shows settings page.
also: when the 3-bar-button at the top is pressed, the side-bar gets hidden but the icons stay on the side to give space for the page content.
* the page accepts Right-to-Left and Left-To-Right.
* the page should not show unless all the visible components are loaded.
* side bar is fixed on the left, and the content can extend, with the scroll bar being on the page not on the content div.
Only acceptable dependencies (if you need more, please let me know first):
1. bootstrap +4.0.0
2. Reactjs
3. fontawesome
4. CSS
it is ok to have custom javascript utilities
