Deploying Website Updated Code On Live Server

We have recently introduced some features like student registration, some forms etc to our website. The new code works fine on our development server but the code doesn't seem to work online. Particularly the slider doesn't doesn't work with the updated code. We also have created a database we need to move it online also. We need to get this done today.
