You will have a HUAWEI E8372 USB wifi modem and be able to develop a script to auto login using the admin username and password and the reboot the device. It is easy using a browser and all the code is available as the web server on the device just uses a bunch of Javascipt calls to get a session ID and encode the password etc. The data is available if you run the network console, I just can't work out how to do it in code. If you know what you are doing with HTML and Javascript, this should be pretty easy. I will need the code in either VB.net or CSharp or Android to prove this can be done.
