Here's the framework I want to use to convert a VB.net desktop app to a web app:

Here's the initial requirement:
Create a UI that has 75 fields
Have the ability to save all fields to sql
Have the ability to retrieve all fields from sql
Please provide me with a quote for what this will take. This is the first step of many. If your work is satisfactory and timely there will be more to complete the project.
