I need to convert two photoshop PSD files into web pages in HTML format.

Requirements:

- Pages must be HTML5 validated

- Generate CSS and JS in a external files

- Must be compatible on Chrome, IE8+, FireFox, Safari

- Fonts must be included from external URLs

- Pages_hdmax must use a HTML template ([url removed, login to view]) because it will be used in our existing CMS system
