Enrolment Form -- 2

1. Design a JAVA program to input details from the student enrolment form for courses offered by your squadron (Form Attached);

2. Your design should include any necessary diagrams you use to design your program e.g. Use case, Class Diagram, Machine State Diagram, ERD, Flowchart, etc.

3. Your program should allow a user to input a record for each student, storing it in a student database;

4. Your program should enable the user to search the database to retrieve a student’s details, amend their information or delete a student if applicable (paying attention to referential integrity rules).

5. The user should be able to display a list of students on a particular course, and optionally generate a printout of the course and it’s students;

6. Your documentation should include a test plan stating how you are going to test the software you produce;

7. Finally your documentation should demonstrate that your test plan is successful.

I require a database to be made in mySQL Workbench (as this is what I have downloaded and tried to use so far). The ERD should have 3 Tables; one called Student, one called Course_has_Student and one called Course.

Course_has_Student table is just the link to stop them being many to many. Should include two foreign keys:

idcourse and idstudent.

So for the database side of life I just need 3 tables with the information stated above designed in MySQL Workbench

I have tried to do the front end GUI in Net Beans. That is what I have downloaded on my PC and that's what I would like it written in please.

As the numbered requirements at the top state I need to be able to open up a GUI, where I can input students details and they are then stored in the database. I also need to be able to search students, print information and find out what courses they are on.

I have got no idea how to do this and time is escaping me. I have too much going on and the way I see it is, I am using my resources the best way I can.

Obviously, all the columns in the database table need to be on the enrolment form in order to input the information.

I need to be able to explain what I have done to people and therefore please may you write billy basic comments in the Java code, explaining each line of code and what it is you are trying to achieve by putting it there.

I have MySQL Workbench 6.3 CE and NetBeans 8.0.2
