I have a word document CV questionnaire that has to be filled in by the candidates, i want to make it a simple online form that every applicant will fill over the web page and not the word as i have now. The website should generate an ID number for each applicant (there are no two identical IDs), there should be a captcha before submitting the form to make sure no machine is filling it and spamming the database. Once the user clicked submit at the end of the process, the information should be generated into an excel sheet. A word document with the questions will be send to the developer. Since I know some HTML, the entire coding should be based on HTML as well.
