Order Form - Part 2

The form's model is model "Soa" on this link in the repo: [login to view URL] It's easy to tell which fields are refered in the OrderForm.jpg. On the Strategies section, it is an accordion with details popping up where clients can include which substrategies to include then add notes. On the Goals section, is a table where clients can add goals and subgoals to which they can add other fields - "priority", "when", and "can be achieved". There's an add button there, we want it to pop a bootstrap modal form to take the values mentioned. As for Files section, we want an interface similar to this one - [login to view URL] If this part takes more than 2 days for you to develop, we can save this for later. Thanks, Daryl
