I am looking to hire a developer to create the source code for my software project (web based only). Minor CSS will be required as graphic design will take place at a later date. A full wire frame package has been developed so you'll be creating the code in conjunction with these parameters. Initially I would like to start with a few pages to test suitability of the freelancer hired. If all goes according to plan there will be approximately 30 pages to be converted to HTML.
