White Paper and Infographic design booklet

I want a corporate white paper to be done , and design and make it look very creative and nice and some graphics included in the page . i need it done on indesign . no photoshop , no ai , only indesign . i have attached a pdf of a sample but i don't want it to be like that , that one is has almost no design , i need ours very nice and creative . Here is more specifications: Please note that the segments which state "PULL OUT" means to pull the quotes out from the rest of the body of the text. It is instructions which ought to be removed. That text will not be included in the final version. Also, the technical part needs work. That is the part that is unfinished (i will send this when its done). I would like you and your team to redesign the graphs used. please duplicate but in better design. Make sure the numbers and dates are accurate, please. This is of the utmost importance. and if you could incorporate the source of the graphs in small print on the chart it would be very helpful. Another point to remember is that a table of content will be provided later which you and team will also have to work on redesigning too. This is very urgent . the word document of the content is attached , and a sample of a white paper is attached but don't copy it as that was is not creative and very nice . please read through the word document and anywhere need design or graphics put it their make it look very professional.
