I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. I am a Pharmacy professional and would like to create a subscription website for pharmacy trainees and students to have access to online set of interactive flashcards and revision notes with quizzes. Similar to an online tutorial. This would be a website that would require regular updates on content.

Required to be completed by 30th September 2016 ~ 20 days.
Budget maximum £250.
To design a pay monthly/annual subscription website- an e-learning portal for students to engage in interactive tutorials with MCQ quizzes with feedback and summary notes at the end. I will need admin function to regularly update content myself.

Content and design
Basic fingerprint and structure: Segregated into different chapters and subchapters which will link to an interactive tutorial where students can click next or skip to a different page number. Also click highlighted/hyperlinked text to pop-up “bubbles” where additional information or explanation can be contained.
At the end of the tutorial there will be MCQ quizzes and feedback and explanation similar to the website OnTrack Pharmacy- have a look.
I also need a feed from another website to host regular updates on pharmacy. As this website will need to be regularly updated so I essentially need the basic structure where I can add the content/information myself as easily possible- if you can upload one chapter I can do the rest.
Flow design, Pages design, Coding, Admin side option coding, testing and keeping it bug free, secure are a few examples of what I require.
Security and e-commerce
The website needs to be fully protected and secure and must disable copy and paste functions, screenshot functions and must ensure a subscribed user is only able to login at one computer at a time only (they are to be automatically logged out if attempted to sign in at multiple computers) to prevent sharing of passwords and material.
e-commerce
It must securely link to a payment section where users can register and pay for their subscription and be able to cancel at any time.
Graphic design-resemble a book with chapters that can be clicked on- The British National Formulary in colour and font. Must be simple and user-friendly with a modern simplistic feel.
