I just need someone who can set up the basic structure of the website, the actual content I will do myself.
Basically, I want a site where people that visit can register as either a teacher or student. Students will be able to view a list of instructors based off of their user generated ratings. They will be able to select which instructor they want to learn from based off of their reviews, price, and rating.
The site will also show a detailed schedule of the instructors current class schedule which will change automatically in real time to reflect their available and non available teaching time.
The target market is in Korea so a local Korean would be preferred but not mandatory.
