Dear Sir, Greetings! ----------------------------------------- UNDERSTOOD SCOPE OF THE WORK ----------------------------------------- -> Redesign the website (i.e. Home page and Inner page) -> SEO friendly and Responsive (Devide friendly) pages USER -> Registration -> Select Subscription and Pay -> Access the Premium slide at top of the site ADMIN -> Manage Subscription Packages like (1 Month = USD49, 3 Months = USD99, 6 Months USD299 etc. with recurring facility) -> Manage Members (Add/Edit/Delete) -> Manage Premium Moives (Add/Edit/Delete) -> Manage Orders (Admin can review payment status, memberwise) ----------------------------------------- ESTIMATION ----------------------------------------- -> We will be working on hourly basis -> This looks to be approx. 75 hrs @ USD8/hr (including fresh design - In case of no redesign, this can cost you approx. 50 hrs only) -> For now, we understood Paypal as the payment method ----------------------------------------- PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS ----------------------------------------- -> 10% at the start -> Next 20% when design will be ready -> Next 40% at the time of first working demo -> Final 30% on completion but just before the server transfer ----------------------------------------- NOTE:- This is ball park estimation, can vary in real / with scope This estimation is based on our assumption that existing website built using Core PHP and Paypal will be the payment gateway ----------------------------------------- VP
