Teach me to make simple edits to Pictures

I am needing to make some simple edits to pictures. I just saw an example of some red arrows, and markings, I really liked at the below link.
I need someone to make a short video or screenshare with me, how to do that in photoshop. I am basically hiring you for 1-2 hours to show me how to do that in photoshop. You can do it with video training if you'd like. I can give you a few photos, and tell you what I want to do with them, and you show me how to draw red circles, arrows, etc, just like you see in the URL below.

UPDATE: I would prefer if you teach me using Pixlr, so I don't have to buy Photoshop.
