First of all you are using a ready made wordpress theme and it has lots of inline CSS and javascript which is making the load time slow secondly you have large images throughout the site which is taking time to load... I can optimize your website and overcome this issue... But since it is also using SSL and has lot of page plus its a wordpress... It can not be optimized too much without disturbing the quality of website. We can discuss more in chat as i am available to start working.

You're going to struggle to get load times below 4-5 seconds with the current set up of the site. A lot of your header images are way too big for the system, and even reducing them down to the correct size will still delay loading. One option is to get the base images and recreate the layout and look using HTML over the top of the images. This reduces load time drastically and reduces the file size of the images.
