Redesign of existing website, more modern and professional look -- 2

Hello, my website needs to be redesigned, it's located at cd flag dot com. Please see the website as it is now. I need a better design, I can provide stock photos for the header design or if you have royalty free ones, your choice. I need an E newsletter inserted into the content area, a signup for one and functional one started where we can email one out to everyone. I need a new link for GIFTS, that links directly to another website. Another link, WHOLESALE needs to be inserted. I want the navigation on the top, not the side. We want to get phone calls, so header phone number must be prominent. I can provide other details upon hiring. We will get rid of the ORDER ONLINE button. Need to link up the FACEBOOK PAGE in the header, footer as well. Coder has 24 hour deadline to provide me a concept JPG that we will approve. Site will be designed offline, for review, based on our instruction. Daily communication is a must. We are looking for a design/mockup in html only. I will do the content.
