Current website [login to view URL] is currently done in Wordpress and can remain in word press but needs a sleeker design as well as load quicker and new features added.
Some of the additions/changes are:
• When map is moved around on the right panel, page loading appears for 5 seconds, this is way too much time
• When a property is clicked I would like it to look exactly like Zillow where the main photo on right and smaller ones to right and ability to click on all photos and view large like Zillow but do not need all the detailed information just what we already have as fields from the admin section.
• When a new user is registered need their ability to post to expire after one year so they no longer have access and must pay
• Search feature is not working correctly for bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Photos and properties and entire site should load quicker
• Admin panel to view properties must be easier to view and sort for the site admin and faster to load properties and quickly edit.
• Entire site should have sleek and modern look and be IOS compatible
