Quick Instructions on Editing Text on a Blender Template

I am new to Blender, and have the latest version of Blender installed on my Windows 64-bit machine (Version 2.76). I am looking at doing some videos, and like some of the Blender templates I have found on YouTube. Am a little impatient, and would like someone to look at the attached template and provide some instructions on how to edit the text, so I can download these types of templates and create my own video intro's based on the template I like.
This project is a simple and hopefully quick one. Please look at the template, and write a simple text set of instructions on how to take this template and to edit the text so I can put my own name in it.
I may have some more questions, and could possibly hire the winner to do work on an hourly basis. Please indicate your proficiency with Blender and your hourly rate. I would like to see if I can get this project awards, completed and paid for today.
