I require someone talented in graphical web technologies used in Playing Cards to use similar events by taking a deck of cards (tickets) and split them face up on the screen, allowing the user to do name & phone number customization on each card (ticket) which (upon save) = [DEAL] will trigger some actions including saving to database and firing SMS messages. unless you have this capabilities of graphical effects just like I am playing casino games on my phone or desktop .. do not bother bidding. Database design and logic is all sorted out. I need the graphical effect guru.
