PHP - SMARTY - UI-UX Fix website-1

This is a Simple project We need to modify and complete an OLD website that uses SMARTY - NO Bootstrap, No Theme. Only css and tpl files loaded with javaScripts. We are a hosting company and we are now in the process of implementing a billing solution. We have a Website where users register and log in. The website itself is just a front-end to our SAP Business One solution which is the backend of the process. Our website is 'half-baked'. it is built on OLD technology - SMARTY - NO Bootstrap, No Theme. Only css and tpl files loaded with javaScripts. We have the looks and feel of the graphics, and we have the functionality working. But, we have not implemented a clean UI-UX design on the pages, including navigation and other design of wizards that guide the user with placing the order and we don't have compatability to IE, Edge and Chrome. In simple words: it works, but it is not user friendly. What we need: We need to fix the UI-UX design and rebuild few screenshots/layouts of future screens that the user will navigate through - based on our current colors/images etc. We need fields, buttons, text, labels, input fields all placed and arranged in logical and smart flow of events. The key element is our Wizard: Collect information from the user in order to build the Sales Order and push items into the cart. The 'Wizard' will recursively run through all the items in the shopping cart and complete all their required info - as the SAP wants and needs ALL the info populated correctly on insert. How is this going to work: Our system is Multi-language - already built into the process and includes RTL and LTR setups. Last - very important - we currently have issues with the templates not working properly in all browsers. Firefox is working fine. Chrome is working on/off (some pages work some don't) IE/Edge - no support and may not work at all We need the templates to work on all these 4 browsers. (FF, Chrome, IE and Edge) Keep in mind that we have a lot of 'tables' in the page itself (not database tables, but actual tables in the page showing lots of info). Who is a good candidate for this project? You need to be a proficent PHP developer who has worked with Smarty and tpl files. You need to have good UI-UX skills to assist in the implementation of looks and feels. You need to work a lot with JavaScripts - in very old syntax (sadly) and make them work on the various browsers. Milestones, budget and timelines: Milestone 1: ====== Our site has no default language loaded upon entering it. It needs to be set to the first RTL language upon load as default [login to view URL] --> [login to view URL][value] Preferably it will not display the ?lang=he, just work on the default immediatly, but if not possible, then display the [login to view URL][value}. Value $5 Milestone 2: ===== Add bar of "Add new items" at the top of the page. value $15 Milestone 3: ===== Select your account - When loggin in via phone number, you are faced with multiple accounts, and in order to select the correct account to log into, we need to display more data. This will require learning our API calls and extracting the correct value from xml/array returned from query. value: $25 Milestone 4: ===== Configure and add a hosting package with the domain name. The user adds an item to the shopping cart and then is required to configure it (by adding a domain name and select the server he wants it on). The graphics/fields/textboxes needs to be set nicely, and we need more information to provide the user about the server he wants to be set on. Value $45 Milestone 5: ===== VPS Slider - we sell VPS configurations, but currently they are 'fixed' on the website.
