Hi there guys. I have to be careful how I word this because it could be on the edge of fraud.... Basically, myself and my wife have fallen in love with a house and have had an offer accepted. The mortgage lender is currently underwriting the application and has asked for a deposit of 15% to be in the bank…. We *WILL* have this money in 6 weeks, but not now as it is based on the sale of my car. I don’t want the application to fall through so I need a single page of a UK HSBC bank statement editing to show the funds ready to go. I can provide my genuine statement in PDF form to use as a template.
