A friend of mine's brother passed away and I would like to create a high quality print of him and his brother for my friend and his parents.
The family does not have a high resolution and high quality photo.
I'd like to find an artist who can enlarge a low resolution photo to a high quality 300+ dpi image I can print on a large canvas. Ideally when done the photos will be enlarged, high quality, and look like they were taken by a professional. This will require significant artistic work.
