Photo editing and create 150 GIF files

Hi,
I have lots of photos of exercises that I need to be converted in to GIF files.
There is between 4-10 photos per exercise - there is a total of 150 individual exercises which will need to be turned in to 150 GIF files. I have attached an example of 1 exercise.
The photos may require some visual balancing to make sure they all look the same brightness/saturation etc so for each group of photos (4-10) for 1 exercise GIF this project will involve ensuring that the photos are all the same brightness/saturation as there is some variation on the photos that have been taken.
I will need this work completed by December 15th
We are creating a libraries of GIF exercises, so if the Freelancer who delivers this project provides a high quality job there will be further work to create more GIFs.
