Businesses will pay to be added to the directory. Annual subscription. 3. Businesses will pay to upload advertisements to the directory on specified pages. Monthly subscription. 4. Businesses can upload job openings in directory. Free. 5. Consumers can create a User ID and password account. 6. Consumers can access public website for free. 7. Consumers will pay a fee to access job postings from Business owners. 8. A compatible phone app should be made simultaneously with the web directory. 9.
