These are the requirments: 1) Design should be slick curvy,attractive not to much decoration. 2)Then in wordpress it should be fully customizable. 3)Attractive home page [login to view URL] a image corresponding to the pages. 4)Design should be flat and neat and clean and good placement of content. 5)Try to give as much as theme customization option you can give in wordpress. 6)Website of 6 pages is required. These are freelancer who will be hired requirment: 1)Must show there portfolio or best work they have done and if you dont have portfolio and work example then please dont bid. 2)Attractive designs of template or websites.
