Need a Web developer/designer for our e-commerce website

Dear Bidder, We are looking for an experienced web designer/developer, someone that is familiar with both back and front end development, to help us fix and finish up our peer to peer e-commerce website. The website already exists, has hosting and is built using word press. Some fixes are minor like adding more menu selections and product categories, adding icons and a few pictures, while other things are more demanding like adding a payment plugin. We are using non-U.S currency so we will need a currency converter to be able to use paypal, visa and mastercard payment methods. We also need to simplify the method for users to post products, by adding and removing a few things, and changing options for the delivery method, and in the end conduct testing to assure that all is working well. We have a budget between 200-350 US dollars but please feel free to bid what you think is according to the specifications, more or less. We are looking for someone who is available to communicate with us throughout the project, timely, experienced and will focus on the task until it is completed. We would like to be done within a week or two, but which can also be negotiated once the bidder has been given full specifications and all requirements have been considered.
