I need a Graphic Designer

I am looking for a graphic designer to design a greeting card for my client who is a real estate agent in Montreal and who will send it to her clients/former clients (200 people). Its website: [login to view URL]
The customer's graphic charter exists.
I enclose his greetings card from last year (print) and the previous year (gif sent by email). That is, last year's was a disaster and the customer did not like the card. So don't rely on this example....
I have also already selected examples that I liked to help you understand what I want.
The only constraint is that you need a space so that my client can write a personalized word.
Preferably black background (her business card is on black background I also attach it to give you an idea) but not mandatory (if it is black, she can write with a gold or silver marker).
The card will be in a yellow envelope (same yellow as its logo) and closed with a black sticker with its logo.
Card dimensions 11,5x11,5 cm.
What would be the cost ? and the cost for the card and an electronic GIF to send by email ?
