Make updates to WP site

I need a few updates made to the site I am working on.
1.) Update the logo space with the new logo and make sure it is centered and fits the location. It should appear on all pages
2.) Add an online job portal with two buttons - one that leads to retail associate positions and one that leads to manager positions. The retail associate section should lead to a job application identical to the paper copy we have currently. The system should track applications in the admin portal and email the admin when an application is submitted. The manager side should link to a page with the indeed plugin installed.
I took this site over from the original developer and it appears they built the template custom and it seems to be missing a lot of the basics and seems much harder then it needs to be. Typically editing the logo should be something that is done from the dashboard and its not.
