Looking For An Experienced Graphic Designer ($5 per design)

I am looking for a graphic designer to produce hundred and potentially thousands of high quality t-shirt designs for my growing t-shirt business. The designs will consist of mostly text and some will also include simple graphics. The design requests will cover a wide variety of niches and topics.
Scope of Work:
I will provide you with the niche and/or topic of each design (with pictures and design style ideas), in order to for you to produce original design work. While I would prefer the direction of the design to in relation to the examples I send, I am very open to different design ideas relating to the design topic. I am also open to different niches/topic and design ideas for future projects as well; please don’t hesitate to mention any new niche or topic idea you have in mind.
Criteria and Pay Details:
I currently need one designer at about $5 per design and less ($2-$3/design) for bulk design orders. For this position, I am more interested in doing bulk order deals at a discounted rate for t-shirt designs.
To start, I will submit 5-10 t-shirt design topics/ideas. Based on the results and quality of those 5-10 designs, we will gradually increase the amount of bulk design agreements.
