Junior Graphic Designer - Full time Project

Our company is searching for a Freelancer who is keen to work Full time or at least 7 hours daily having the responsibility on the below tasks. We would also consider having two graphic designers sharing the below tasks, each working half the total time mentioned below (about 4 hours / day per designer). Proposed Salary & Work conditions: Full time employment on basis of 8 hours / day, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) Flexible working hours (as long as the work can be monitored) A monthly salary of 500-650 USD / month (depending on skill level) Bonuses on performance Key Tasks: 1. Image Search & Editing Overview: our company owns and operates 6 main websites (and a few smaller ones) for which we create content daily. The content is for new products we sell, articles, blog posts and others. We need to support and enrich our text with images of these products (mainly travel packages) and all other content. Main Tasks: Image Search on-line for finding best photos to match our daily articles / content created by our team as well as of new products added to any of the websites Edit and crop images as per the specification manual, referring to max fix size, image dimensions and guidelines (all detailed in our manual) Edit, enhance and improve all images for best visual presentation Volume of work: 50 photos daily (usually 5 daily content article / page for which we would require about 10 images per topic) Task duration: 3 hours / day (Monday - Friday) ------------ 2. Create Social Media Posts Overview: we do have 6 Facebook pages for which we post daily. We already have post templates for all our pages and post type. Accordingly, usually the majority of the posts are done using these PSD templates just having to update the text and main image while the design template remains the same. On some occasions a dedicated new design is to be created for a post as per given guidelines. You will be provided a weekly posting schedule with the text to be featured in each post and the template to be used. Your task will be to update the text in the design, and update the image (for this you would need to find the best suitable image). Main Tasks: Create and schedule 7-9 daily posts for Facebook and 3-5 daily posts for Instagram Edit the posts templates, updating the text and images (product images mainly) When needed, create new posts design (usually for special events / promotion offers) Follow the company’s posting schedule and cater for all posts as per the given schedule Volume of work: 7-9 Facebook posts / daily and 3-5 daily Instagram posts Task duration: 5 hours / day (Monday - Friday) ------------ You can find more information on our company on our corporate website: [login to view URL]
