I need a redesign for this player, notice the video seems to be transparent:

I want to be able to align the video so that I can create this illusion but have it scale also.

I use my side navigation as the main driving tool but will be adding pop ups later that will cover the VIDEO CONTAINER that includes the invisible video and backdrop.
I used a template to make the current player and it is very heavy and disconnected due to the addition of the accordion. I would like to centralize everything and also make sure it plays properly in an iFrame and on all major browsers, Safari, Chrome, Firefox, iPhone, Android.
I need to also change the behavior of the Java Accordion so that it is clickable when scrolled past the top or bottom. When clicked it scrolls and centers current position.
I also need an UP arrow and DOWN arrow on the Accordion so that people without a scroll can navigate.
When the Highlight or Current Play Position is UP the Down Arrow will be Active/Usable
When the Highlight or Current Play Position is DOWN the Up Arrow will be Active/Usable.
When the Highlight is centered at the current play position or not up or down, Both UP and Down arrows are visible.
Clicking the actual Highlight of what the current play position is from above or below centers the play position and resets the up and down arrows to visible. Clicking the Up Arrow enough to make the current play position go below takes away the down arrow and vice versa. Scrolling with a scroll wheel also has the same action etc.
We can also scrap the current accordion if it is too cumbersome and plug in a new accordion that I can customize with color for multiple player designs.
I will use this as a template for each player I create, so every aspect needs to be easily customizable and targetable as the player has GUID properties I need to pass through.
I need to be able to choose from Google Fonts also and make it Stackable and Scaleable also Mobile friendly.
