I need some one who can write a HLD for a new project.
I will tell the idea, and freelance should be able to design HLD so the programming\develop team can understand the project scope and do the develop work.
Freelancer should have experience in designing of HLD (and LLD) and be able to advice :-
- the paltform to use
- programming languages
- DB
- Describe functions
- cost
- man power need (like what kind of skills we need and how many hours)
- hosting (best solution for a medium sized and later on must be extandable)
