Graphic Designer Needed for T-Shirts

We own screen printing Apparel Business that prints t-shirts for fraternities, sororities, schools, and other organizations. We currently have one designer but have been growing fast and need to hire on another designer or two who we will work with on a daily basis. Please let me know about how many hours it will take you to complete these on average and if you would be willing to negotiate a fixed cost per design. I have also attached a recent picture below of a design our designer completed recently. This is definitely one of the harder designs we have done as many will be much simpler. Again we are looking for a long term partner who we can work with on a daily basis and provide reliable turn around times. Sorry for the repeat post, my last one got deleted by Freelancer because it thought I was advertising when I posted a link that showed the type of designs we will be needing.
