Fix GIF images to work in Adwords

Hi, I previously had someone create eight (8) GIF images to be used for Adwords. However they have two issues, the file size is over 150kb, and the frame-rate is faster than 5 frames per second. I need these 8 GIF files to be fixed or remade so they can be successfully uploaded to Adwords for remarketing campaigns. Note: It must still look professional (ie. can't compress the images to the point of being visually bad, or remove frames so it looks choppy). Files have been uploaded for your reference. Thanks
