I need a female designer who is well versed in creating photoshop Mockup or PSD for client and if agreed she has to convert those PSD into HTML/CSS files so i can do coding in PHP/MYSQL for my Clients. I dont need a NEW freelancer. An existing freelancer who has some 5+ years of experience in it and had created some excellent web designs on her portfolio can contact me. Others Please excuse.

Bid price is just for Hiring not per hour or per month price for her. Price will depends on the work she take for design.
