Hello. We are small lending company, that operates online.
We are aware that our website - [login to view URL] - is graphically outdated. It seems to be heavy with colors, maybe font is not well chosen. Graphic elements are... well, as they are :D and stock photos do not help much neither to maintain coherent look...
We would like to change it.
WHAT DO WE WANT? To change the look of our website. Make it lighter, maybe even minimalist, modern. We need proposition how to update all graphic elements used at our website: pictures, photos, calculator, font, headers of sections etc... Maybe photos should be replaced with some gifs - in such case we are open to discuss it. Maybe we should be really minimalist as it is popular now – why not, let’s talk about it. We are open to propositions.
WHAT WE DON'T WANT? To change layout and content of the site. At least at the moment. It should be facelifting, but without change of the site structure, its mechanics, text content of it, sections’ order etc. If you suggest change of any of those – it should be well motivated.
We also like our logo - we think it even could be used more often. We like the colors of logo, though we are not sure those should be the colors commonly used at our website.
HOW DO WE WANT IT? If you ask us “show me sites that look you like” – we can surely give couple examples that we admire, mostly from fintech industry (take a look at Revolut site, as first example from the row). Yes, we are aware it is difficult not to copy – even unintentionally – someone else’s work, but we still hope for original overall result.
It is important to us our site looks good at mobile devices and the size of it will not increase (yes, internet can be slow and clients – inpatient).
We communicate with our clients through emails – change of their look will probably follow as another small task, as emails’ templates should correspond to the website.
ABOUT THE PROJECT: There is no rush with this project, this time we want as few mistakes as possible. We imagine first to agree on some rough vision – probably backed up with some sketch and picture - or two - and then proceed with the change. As much as it is your artistic vision that we need, please be prepared for some discussion.
Of course, we are budget aware, so you will not see innumerous dollar signs by the title of this task ;D,
