Expert Web/Digital Graphic Designer

I need a talented graphic designer with web-design/email/social media experience to help with miscellaneous projects on an ongoing basis... probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 hours/week... I need someone that is a true artist designer... but someone who also has experience and skillset with webdesign (including HTML, CSS)
You would be working the the following types of projects:
• Create/Update responsive pages wordpress pages in AVADA (leadgen & e-commerce landing pages/funnels, content pages etc)
• Create banner artwork for online display ads
• Responsive Email Templates
• Miscellaneous In-Office printed collateral (Posters/Flyers/Training Handouts etc)
• Powerpoint presentations
• T-Shirt/Jacket Apparel Printing Embroidering (with company logo and stuff)
• Video Boilerplates and Slides
• Infographics and Charts for Website and Social Media
• Anything else we need
We have an established brand style guide and will provide all content... I've been doing all the graphic design up to this point and I can't be the bottleneck any more... so I need someone to do all the design work that I've been doing.
