ePoster for an online product, like a book cover, but smaller

I sell screenplays. I have ideas about the covers I want to represent my films. The world has an order and hoops everyone must jump through to get in the right circles to find producers that will buy a script. Thats why I'm here. I operate outside of that broken machine. I want to sell my work directly, and I need miniature posters made that represent my movies. I have graphic skills with PhotoImpact which no longer exists. I know what I want, but relearning everything on Adobe design seems daunting. If I find a reasonable artist, I will consider hiring to have these covers made up, which will mostly consist of cutting and pasting layers of images. I still want to have the control of the lettering on the art that shares my story idea on my posters (it's all about creative control). I would need royalty free images and free license to do what ever I want to the art a Graphic Artist sells me, as they are the pre-final proof artist and I retain Post-Proof artist position. Now that my intentions are clear, I will explain the canvass road map. The graphic art I will be describing will be page referred in thirds. Top, middle, bottom thirds regardless of if its portrait or landscape. After the thirds, there is the left side and the right side. Those sides identify from looking and facing the page in question and does not mean looking out from behind the image. Wash-Out means the colours that blead off the edges of the paper. Could be solid wash out representing solid color or splotchy representing more like clouds in the sky or airbrush effect. Each 1/3 of the page can spill to another third of the page, so overlapping images are acceptable. Type face will be referred to in point size. For now I will not refer to colors by their #, because if I gad to do that, I would have to bang my head against a brick wall until i cannot see color to choose one. Forefront represents the most top image. Middle refers to the middle layer and depth of an image and Background is the deepest image. Overlapping is referring to any edge that sits over another image in part. Often regardless of the actual size of the image I refer to the page size as a standard 8.5 x 11 for orientation purposes. That is the legend of my descriptive words. Here is what I am looking for: The washout will be solid black on the top third of the page, getting more splotchy as we reach the bottom third of the page to almost look like what you see when you blow air through a straw into a glass of chocolate milk, except the milk is black in this case. Next, I visualize a small long shot of an oval saucer image of a raised film studio stage with girders and lighting above the stage with lights illuminating the stage which has a mock living room set up in the first left side of the stage with an attached minimum kitchen with a refrigerator and island on the right side of that studio set in the image in the top third. The stage set must have film crew with headsets on on the sidelines while two actors talk in the living room portion. The middle third of the page in portrait will be several pictures layed out like a smile below the top sphere image. The smile clusters will be (the little tea cups ride at an amusement park) in miniature version with 6 people seated and all facing forward to the stage if you were the stage, so full frontals of the people sitting on the mini teacup ride seating. The seats are also elevated to be able to see the acting on the stage. The bottom third of the poster will have several images indicating block buster film and reels. On top of the left side and right side of the poster I will need to overlay two female characters that will cover the bottom two thirds of the page sides. Picture two women with their backs to one another but both have a gun with a silencer on the end and the guns touch silencers, while the women have stern looks on their faces. The two images holding hand guns will have my potential actresses faces. One is Ozzy and One is Persian
