Encrypted QR Code Mobile App

MAX BUDGET: $USD 100 My client has a need for a small mobile app (iOS and Android) for a handful of people managing deliveries. Every day deliveries arrive to their warehouse with a QR code for scanning. This QR code is encrypted with AES256 and contains the item number. After scanning this item is placed on a numbered shelf and the shelf number entered in to the application. We have a back-end API ready for integration in to this application. I have attached sample wireframes and flow for developers to get an understanding of these simple requirements. Developers that have previously designed such applications (QR Scanning) will get preference. Similarly developers from the Philippines or Asia will get preference. Good luck on your bidding.
