Design and Deployment of a Website

I run a law firm. I have one partner. I had used a Squarespace template ([login to view URL]) to create the firm's website. I have not yet transferred the template to my domain as I need a web designer to look at it. I therefore need the following:
1. A web designer to look at the website's compatibility and aesthetics of the site on phone, tablet and PC;
2. Migrate website from Squarespace (so I can cancel my subscription) to an environment where I can make a one-off payment.
3. Recommend the most cost-effective environment to host my website and, subject to approval, deploy website there.
