Design and customize website using wordpress theme.

I have a website being developed from a wordpress theme. I hired someone who is able to do some very light customization (add a menu item, change the color, put my logo on the site, etc.), but isn't able to help "create" the website. I need someone who can help design the home page, services page, about page and the blog page and make them look great. I will provide some of the graphics and plenty of examples, but I want someone who understands design and flow, and can do more than just me telling you every single step you need to do to get the job done. So the project scope is: * Use a wordpress theme to build out a wordpress website based on my input * Design the website with the graphical look I outline. * Take graphics I provide and size them to appear properly on all browsers (and mobile and tablet). If it distorts the graphic, then you will need to provide a similar graphic of the right size. Pretty simple project, but you need to have examples of wordpress sites you have designed as well as customized. Thanks in advance for your bids
