Create a Photoshop Action 2

I need someone who can create a photoshop action in CS3 that will run on a mac. This action will place an image onto a product to give it a realistic effect. We will be using this action to process a folder full of images that have all been formatted to the same size as well as placement of the image within the photoshop work area.
I have attached 3 images so you fully understand what the outcome should look like. The first is the sample image that needs to be placed onto the product "[login to view URL]". The next image is the object onto which the image must be placed "[login to view URL]" and the third image is what we would like the resulting image to look like "[login to view URL]".
The action should save the resulting file back to the same file name as was the "[login to view URL]" image.
