I have two JPEG files I require converted to MP4 files that will work in a Windows 8 version of Windows Media Player.
I have a custom software program that will not accept the MP4 file in any other format, it is therefore crucial the formatting is for Windows 8 only and nothing newer.
The images need to remain static - they should be absolutely still and not move at all on the screen.
The MP4 needs to be 5 seconds in length.
I require two separate MP4 files - one for each JPEG provided.
I require this job to be completed within 4 hours.
