We want to design an information flyer on Business Protection and Succession Planning and also a Business Protection Health Check Questionnaire. I have attached the flyer and questionnaire content documents.
I have also attached a draft Estate Planning flyer and estate planning Health Check Q's which was done previously - this will give you an idea of the required design
Not sure if you can copy the feel of the estate planning documents or if we need to redesign all so they are consistent. They should all have similar feel.
Questionnaires should be writable so completion can be done online.
