Build a Website in Wordpress + Woocommerce

I need to build a website that is fast and seo friendly. I am an artist so it will be very image oriented.
I'd like the colors to be white, pastel pink/blush, and gold.
On the Home page I Would need carousel style pictures. The footer on Home has to have all my social media contacts, the email sign up form, and instagram feed.
All pages should have the social media icons (instagram, facebook, twitter, email)
I would need in the Menu bar/pages:
Home page, About, Shop (Woocommerce), Contact, Phone Cases (direct to another page so not really a full page) and Portfolio
The portfolio can look like the one right now but it needs to be on my actual website (not be on another website)
The site should be responsive.
Also, SEO friendly and fast!
